How can I find my EOBs?

1. Sign in to Blueprint Portal
2. Select the plan you want to view
3. From the dashboard click "View Claims"
4. Find the claim you want to view the EOB for and click "Claim Details"
5. Once an EOB is available, you can download your EOB using the "View EOB" option

My EOB is not available in the claim details yet, why not?

It is possible that your claim is still being processed, or the EOB is not ready for viewing yet. As soon as the digital EOB is available, it will be uploaded to your portal.

How long will it take before my EOB is available?

Once your claim has been processed the EOB will be generated in 2 to 4 weeks (depending on your group).

Is there a way to view or download all of my EOBs at once?

Although you cannot view or download all of your EOBs at once, you can export all of your claim information for easy viewing.

How do I opt out of Paperless EOBs?

To opt out of paperless EOBs, sign in to Blueprint Portal, click on the profile user icon in the right-hand corner and then click on settings. On the Communication Preferences tab under the Paperless EOBs section click on the Email Notifications option to be opted out of previously enrolled paperless EOBs.
