Members can make a one-time payment online with a check, credit or debit card* by visiting our secure, mobile-friendly payment site or sign in to Blueprint Portal to make a one-time payment.

AutoPay

Members can sign in to Blueprint Portal to set up AutoPay with a check, credit or debit card*.

Set up autopay by mail with bank draft form

If you prefer to set up automatic payments offline, you can submit a pre-authorized bank draft form based on your plan type. Not applicable for credit or debit card payments.

You can send a check to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your invoice payment stub.
