How it works
1. Register for Blueprint Portal
Getting registered for Blueprint Portal is the first step. If you already have a Blueprint Portal account, sign in to get started.
2. Activate your Virtual Health account
Once you’re signed in to Blueprint Portal, select the Virtual Health link. Follow the prompts to create your virtual health username, password and security question. You only need to do this once.
3. Choose a doctor
Choose from a large network of state-licensed, board-certified doctors (including pediatricians).
4. Start your Virtual Health visit
Arkansas law requires your first call to be a video call. Have your health information handy (conditions you have and medicine you take). And be prepared to make a payment for the visit if your health plan requires it.
